 | Rates are based upon 1 or 2 persons in a unit. Extra person charge is $10 daily. |

| Weekends are a 2 night minimum stay. |
| Special events and Holidays are subject to higher rates with a 3 night minimum stay. |
| All rates quoted in U.S. currency and are subject to Florida taxes. |
| Advance deposit required on all reservations. $200 deposit for weekly or monthly and a one nights deposit is required if reservation is less than one week. |
| Balance due upon arrival. |
| Deposits refunded if notified 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date, less $10 service charge. |
